Goals of the Aspiring Leader

THE HISPANIC CHAMBER FOUNDATION ASPIRING LEADERS PROGRAM, IN COLLABORATION WITH METROPOLITAN STATE UNIVERSITY OF DENVER, IDENTIFIED THE NEED FOR A CULTURALLY RELEVANT LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT-TRAINING PROGRAM FOR MID-LEVEL PROFESSIONALS.

Goals of Aspiring Leaders Program

  • Help business professionals interested in advancing their careers by expanding their leadership. A skills and their ability to contribute to their organizations, the community and the business sector;

  • Provide participants with an in-depth understanding of cultural differences within leadership, and insights regarding self-promotion in securing upward mobility within their individual organization or community;

  • Enhance communications among Hispanic leaders in the civic and business community;

  • Facilitate access between program participants and current Hispanic leadership with the community.

THE PROGRAM IS IDEAL FOR BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS IN THE PRIVATE AND PUBLIC SECTORS, COMMUNITY LEADERS, AT BUSINESS OWNERS AND INDIVIDUALS INTERESTED IN THE UPWARD MOBILITY WITHIN THEIR ORGANIZATION, COMMUNITY, INDUSTRY, OR SECTOR.
